We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns work.

Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

Hygiene exception (important for cosmetics)
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on beauty or cosmetic products once opened, used, or with any seal broken — unless the item is faulty. Sealed, unused items in original condition can be returned.

How to return

2. We'll confirm the return address and instructions.
3. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or wrong, contact us within [14] days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund including postage.

Refunds
