We make every effort to display our products, colours, and descriptions accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours exactly as they appear in real life. All products are subject to availability.

4. Pricing
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel and refund the order.

5. Orders
Your order represents an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

7. Delivery
Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

8. Returns and refunds
Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy, including the hygiene exception that applies to opened cosmetic products.

9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and the TheBeautyHub name, is our property or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

10. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
